Official Return Policy
- All returns must be made within 30 days of the date of purchase.
- To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- All items must be in the original packaging.
- Your items must have a copy of your original receipt.
- Must include contact information.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
How to return your item to us
If merchandise is returned in "as-new" condition in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase, a credit for the item will be issued to the method of payment used when the order was placed. If merchandise is opened, a store credit will be issued in the form of a gift certificate. All returns MUST include a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number issued by New Hope Railroad Online Gift Shop. Returns we receive that have been damaged due to inadequate packaging on the customer's end will be limited to store credit. Personalized items are non-returnable.
